The miracle of birth is quite possibly the single most beautiful and magical thing the universe has to offer. It’s also a body wrecking suffrage. There’s no denying that parenthood is a beautiful thing and you love your children more than anything, but there’s also no denying that pregnancy will do horrible (beautiful) things to your body. It can be difficult to pick up where you left off after having a child, but all is not lost, it’s not as hard as you might think to get your body back to its former glory.

It all comes down to developing and sticking to a workout routine. What kind of routine you need varies from person to person, as we all have different ideas of what we want from our bodies, but there are some universal truths to consider, of course. There endless articles, videos, and more that can point you in the right direction. Once you find a routine that works for you, you have to stick with it.
It can be difficult to stick to your routine. After all, working out is the hardest thing most of us do from day to day. It’s worth trying to reward yourself for adhering to your regimen. In the case of dieting, there’s the time honored “cheat day” where in you can eat whatever you want without worrying about your dietary restrictions. For working out, however, a suitable reward is less obvious, but you just have to get creative and really reinforce your newly developed habit.
Remember to set smaller goals on the path to your primary goal. For example, when it comes to weight loss, you can set the goal of losing 10 pounds by the end of the month. When it comes to working out, your goal can simply be doing more each day than you did the day before. Remember, of course, to dress for your workout. Wearing the right clothes makes all the difference in the world, and Athleta can provide great clothing for all your athletic needs, and then some.
So this is actually the 3rd year that we’re able to make it to McDonald’s National Breakfast Day and needless to say it has always been an enjoyable experience since it’s too early for me to work and the kids all go to school in the afternoon.
But this year, what made the experience even more unforgettable was the fact that we almost didn’t make it in time due to the distance we had to travel. Standing outside the long line it took us way too long to get in with the many patrons already inside. And of course I’d hate to disappoint my kids by coming in late specially when the buzzer sounded ending the event held annually every second Monday of March! When we finally got in, the cashiers at the counter were already signaling the end of the event as it only ran for an hour this time. As opposed to the 1,000 muffin they gave away in the previous years.
So since the game has changed, then next year, we will definitely be waking up earlier to make more time to get that luscious breakfast McMuffin that only McDonald’s offers. I’m sure you’ll know where to go as if you’re shopping for concert ukulele at musiciansfriend.com.
The heat is so unbearable when you go out of the house specially during 9 am to 3pm, where the sun is at its warmest and because summer also coincides with the school vacation, you can’t prevent the kids from playing outside. Like in our place where the playground is just a few steps away, they are so happy to be there all day-long but my concern is the scorching temperature and the negative effect it will have on their health like skin rashes and worse, heat stroke.

So to keep them busy during this hours, I let them study guitar lesson by watching on Youtube and practice on the old guitar of their uncle, I can see they are enjoying it, but hoping not ask me to buy a guitar amplifier like sgos yet, lol. Anyways, I’m glad a found a way to keep their vacation happy and worthwhile through this indoor hobby while waiting for the weather to cool off so they can play outdoor, best of both worlds for them.. 🙂
